daughter the lchaim was at eshel which is right across the street from my house.shaya katz got there
after me.shaya katz was not there when i came in.i got there before shaya katz.shaya katz was not
there when i came in.when shaya katz came in the choson was in the middle of saying the maamar
when shaya katz came in.when shaya katz came in the choson was saying the maamar shaya katz
sat very close to where i was at.after sitting down very close to where i was at he starts staring at me
with a very angry look on his face.seeing him staring at me like that i got very frightened & left.when
shaya katz came in & sat very close to where i was at the choson was in the middle of saying the
maamar at that time.

Now staring at somebody does not necesarily mean that you are going to do something to him.just
because you are staring at somebody does not mean that you are going to do something to him.but
from the way that shaya katz was staring at me with that angry look on his face i am telling you he was
going to do something to me if i would not have left when i did.when he(shaya katz)came in the
choson was in the middle of saying the maamar when shaya katz came in.he was waiting for the
choson to finish saying the maamar & he was going to do something to me if i would have still been
there when the choson finished saying the maamar.

I am telling you he was going to do something to me if i would have still been there when the choson
finished saying the maamar.the way i know this is because of how he was staring at me with that angry
look on his face.i am telling you he was going to do something to me if i would not have left when i did.

Let me tell you something.2 people that have a bad relationship with each other they are both at a
simcha at the same time the 2 people with the bad relationship yes it,s very unpleasant for both of
them to be there at the simcha at the same time when the other person with the bad relationship is
also there but they both have to understand that the other person with the bad relationship has just as
much right being there as he does.both of them have to understand that the other person with the bad
relationship has just as much right being there as he does.yes 2 people with a bad relationship have to
understand that the other person with the bad relationship has just as much right being there as he
does.yes me & shaya katz both at a simcha at the same time it,s very unpleasant for me to be there
with shaya katz there & yes it,s also very unpleasant for shaya katz to be at the simcha with me being
there the same time as him but both of us have equal rights to be there.2 people with a bad relationship
they are both at a simcha at the same time both of them have to understand that the other one has just
as much right being there as him.2 people with a bad relationship neither one has the right to make the
other one leave.both of them have just as much right being there as the other one has.

When shaya katz came in to the lchaim the choson was in the middle of saying the maamar at that
time.he sat very close to where i was at.he sat very close to where i was at.he was staring at me with
a very angry look on his face.seeing him staring at me with that angry look on his face i got very
frightened & left.

time but i will tell you what happened.last night at the lchaim of moshe simon(yossi simons son)to
moshe wolvovskys daughter i saw shaya katz there.i got there before him.he was not there when i came.
as soon as he comes in he sits very close to me & starts staring at me.seeing him staring at me i got

Sunday march 17th 2019 4.00 am modified wednesday march 20th 2019 1.00am 34 year old mendy
ezagui the son of yankel & leah 706 eastern parkway apt 6a i had a very interesting incident with him
this past thursday night.boy was this interesting.he wasn,t doing anything wrong.all he was doing is
following me around all over the place videotaping me wherever i was going.that is all he was doing.so
why am i making such a big thing over something like that?hmmmm.

The only reason he was in 770 is because i was there.if he would have been in 770 anyways even if i
was not there but it just turns out that i happened to be there at the same time that he was there & he
would have been there even if i would not have been there but just turns out that i was there at the
same time as him then that is a different story.but that is not the case.the only reason he was there is
because i was there.he followed me into 770.i saw him first outside then he followed me into 770.when
i saw him follow me into 770 i knew that he was going to do something to me.i took out my cell phone
turned on the camera & began to video record.i figured whatever he does to me i will have it on video.
this was this past thursday night march 14th 2019 at 10.40pm.after i turned on the camera & was
videorecording he is following me all over the place videotaping me wherever i was going & no matte
r what i did there is nothing that i could do to get him away from me.there is literally nothing that i was
able to do to get him away from me. he was just following me all over the place videotaping me
wherever i was going.

Now a guy like mendy ezagui who

1)a month ago frightened me by passing me on front of bardys then ordered me to go back towards
union st & 770(we were both going in the other direction away from eastern parkway)& if i would not
have followed his orders to go back towards union st & 770 then he would have done something to
me if i would not have followed his orders to go back towards union st & 770.

2)frightened me by aproaching me head on last year purim.

3)physically forced me into a picture against my will(i spoke about it in article #67) then videotaped me
for complaining about it(i spoke about it in article #69 even though i did not say his name there).

4)did all these things to me for one reason only because he knows that i am disabled & can not fight
back.

5)& now this same guy is following me all over 770 videotaping me wherever i am going & there is
nothing that i could do to get this guy away from me & the only reason that he  was there is because
i was there meaning that if i would not have been in 770 then he would not have been there either.

I am sorry but i have no choice but to make sure that this 34 year old idiot mendy ezagui gets what he
deserves for what he is doing to me.

The incident this past thursday night when he was following me all over the place videotaping me
wherever i was going when i saw him follow me into 770 i knew that he was going to do something to
me.i didn,t know what he was going to do to me but i didn,t think that he was going to be so stupid as
to follow me all over the place in 770 videotaping me wherever i was going i didn,t think that he was
going to do something so stupid like that to me.i knew that he was going to do something to me but
i didn,t think that he was going to be so stupid to do something like that to me.this video that he took of
me everybody that sees that video sees him following me all over the place in 770 till i got a couple of
guys to get him away from me.that is all they see.

Ok both of us were videotaping each other.i was videotaping him & he was videotaping me.we were
both videotaping each other.now the 2 videos that both of us took of each other let,s see what both
videos show.

t everbody can see what you look like so by you following me into 770 i now have a couple of good
photographs of you which i was trying to get for the past month.thank you for following me into 770 so
that i can get some photographs of you to put on my site.thank you for that.plus

3)him following me all over the place in 770 & there is nothing that i was able to do to get him away
from me till i got a couple of guys to get him away from me.plus.

4)him fighting with the guys that got him away from me.the last 30 seconds of the video  you can see
him fighting with the guys that got him away from me.the video is 1 minute & 31 seconds long.the
last 30 seconds of the video from about 1 minute & on  you can see him fighting with the guys that got
him away from me.

Some video players have the option where you can pause the video anywhere you want.the player
takes a photo of the place where the video is paused & the photo can be saved on your computer.
some video players have it.the video which is 1 minute & 31 seconds long i paused the video at 5
different places had the photo taken at the place where the video is paused & saved those 5 photos
on my computer.

Here are the 5 photos

The first photo is at 20 seconds into the video shows his whole entire body from head to toe on the
right side.

The 2nd photo is at 23 seconds into the video is also the whole entire body from head to toe & in the
center of the picture .

The next 2 photos at 26 seconds & 46 seconds into the video is him very close to me only like 6
inches away from me.

The fifth & final photo is at 1 minute & 5 seconds into the video shows him fighting with one of the guys
that got him away from me.

I might pause the video & make more photos from this 91 second video but for now these are the only
photos that i will use for now.i might make more photos from this video at a later date.

Article #111 which i put up only a month ago i spoke over there about how i was trying to get a hold of
a photograph of him to put on this site.i spoke about it in article #111.after reading article #111 it would be
very interesting to find out weather

1)mendy doesn,t care if his picture is up on this site or not or

2)he was so desperate to videotape me that he is willing to do it even if it means his picture being put
up on this site

It is going to be very interesting to find out which one of these is true.i would just love to find that out.but either way i now have his picture up on this site because of how he was following me all over the place & videotaping me when i was in 770 this past thursday night march 14th 2019. now at least everybody knows what this 34 year old idiot mendy looks like.thank you mendy for following me all over the place this past past thursday night in 770.thank you for doing that to me.thank you.

I DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO MENACHEM.ALL I DID IS PASS HIM ON FRONT OF BARDYS.THE
FACT THAT HE IS TERRIFIED OF ME THAT IS HIS PROBLEM NOT MINE.JUST BECAUSE HE IS
TERRIFIED OF ME DOES NOT MEAN THAT I CAN NOT PASS HIM ON KINGSTON AVE JUST
BECAUSE HE IS TERRIFIED OF ME.I DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO HIM.

He could have said something like that if he would not have done anything after passing me.the way he
made me go back towards union st & 770 after frightening me by passing me on front of bardys that is
what the problem is.the fact that he frightened me by passing me on front of bardys that is a minor issue.
the way he ordered me to go back towards union st & 770 that is what the abuse is.

The reason he does it is because he knows that i am disabled & can not fight back.that is the reason why
he does it.just like the incident last year on purim when he frightened me by coming head on at me last
year on purim.he did that for the same reason.because he knows that i am disabled & can not fight back.

If you go over to article # 67 i spoke about it in article #67(april 2014).at that time he came over to me &
 physically forced me into a picture against my will then when i complained about it on this site he comes
over to me & starts videotaping me in 770 & on kingston ave because i complained about it on this site.

The reason he does it is because he knows that i am disabled & can not fight back.I will bet you all the
money in the world that the next time that me & mendy see each other someplace that he is going to do
something to me.i know it for a fact.the next time that me & this 34 year old idiot mendy ezagui see

is because he knows that i am disabled & can not fight back.& the reason why there are no pictures of
him online is because he probably runs out everytime that he sees a camera.

apt 6a i googled his name to see if i can get a hold of any photos of him i could not find any photos of him
online.so since i don,t have any photos of him the only other option is to give a description of him.i
checked online but i could not get a hold of any photos of him so my only other option is to give a
description of this 34 year old idiot mendy ezagui.

He is completely clean shaven no beard no mustache no nothing a complete baldy.no hat no jacket.
the first time i saw him this way was over 6 years ago at the begining of the summer 2012.he is
completely clean shaven no beard no mustache no hat no jacket just like a street bum.he usually does
not wear anything over his shirt.when i saw him a week ago friday night he was wearing a coat
because of the cold weather & this is the first time i saw him with something over his shirt since he
became a street bum over 6 years ago.he usually does not wear anything over his shirt.he is a little bit
taller than me.only like an inch or 2 taller than me.he is nowhere near as fat as me.compared to me he
is considered skinny compared to me but i have seen people skinnier than him.

he used to work at kahans but he is not there anymore.he left kahans about 3 years ago.i don,t know
if he is still there now maybe yes maybe no but either he is still there or he used to work at manischewitz.

He is terrified of cameras.if you point a camera at him he is going to go crazy & do something to your
camera & probably to you also.to him a camera is the most dangerous weapon in the world.if you say
anything to him like the word camera, photo video or anything like that to him he is going to go crazy
just from you saying any of those words to him.

i googled his name but could not find any photos of him online so my only other option is to give a
description of him so everybody can have an idea of what this 34 year old idiot mendy ezagui looks
like.

Now as time goes on i am going to be talking about this more & more & more as time goes on.

Mendy ezagui

Motzoei shabbos feb 9th 2019 9.00pm i am very depressed right now.as soon as i feel better i am going
to be talking about this more & more & more as soon as i feel better.34 year old mendy ezagui the son
of yankel & leah 706 eastern parkway apt 6a i had a little incident with him friday night at around 8.15pm
friday night.

I was on kingston ave  in between union st & president coming from union st heading towards president.
this was on the side closer to albany ave.i was coming from union st heading towards president.he
passed me on front of bardys.as soon as he passed me on front of bardys i got very frightened &
crossed the street to avoid him.after crossing the street to avoid him i was on front of ebers liquor
shop.i figured let him go ahead of me.i said to myself i will let him go ahead & i will continue after he has
gone quiet a distance ahead of me.he continues on kingston ave towards president.when he gets to
president on front of raskins fruit store he turns around & starts running towards me.i was on front of
ebers liquor shop.he was on the other side of kingston by raskins fruit store.he turns around & starts
running towards me.seeing him running towards me i started heading back towards union st & 770.
when he saw me heading towards union st & 770 he stopped running & continued going wherever he
was heading to.

Now i can understand that.he wants me staying away from him.i can understand that.he wants me
staying away from him.but here is the thing.if he wants me staying away from him then why did he
pass me on front of bardys?i got there first.if he wants me staying away from him then he could have
stayed back let me go ahead then headed to wherever he was going after i am quiet a distance
ahead of him.that,s what he should have done.i got there first.

Alot of stores have cameras but there is no law that forces the owner of the camera to give the video to
the victim.there is no such law.if you go over to article #94 thru article #97 i spoke about it there in
those articles.the beating at simchas beis hashoeiva more than a year ago(sept oct 2017)i went to both
kettle & cord & to the community council & tried to get the video of the beating but they refused to give
the video to me.if i go to any of the stores on that block & ask them for the video they are not going to
give it to me.friday night feb 8th 2019 at 8.15pm if anybody can go to the stores on that block &
somehow get the owners of the cameras on that block to give the video to me because if i go to the
stores myself the owners of the cameras are not going to give the video to me.if anybody can force the
owners of all the cameras on that block to give the video to me.it was this past friday night feb 8th 2019
at 8.15pm

Now as time goes on i am going to be talking about this more & more & more as time goes on.
