sunday dec 30th 2012   5.10am generally i can not fight back.if somebody comes over to me & uses his hands on me i can not fight back.everytime i leave my house i take the risk that nobody is going to use their hands on me & i take this risk every time that i leave my house.

now the guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah engaged to silman who together with saadya hershkop tried to attack me outside(i spoke about it in the previous article #44)here are a couple of pictures & videos of him & if you could identify him for me let me know

in this picture above he is looking straight on at my camera while talking on his cell phone

in this picture above you can see him a little bit but not that well.saadia is right next to me looking down but he is a little bit further from me than saadia is facing towards the right side of my camera.

& here are a couple of videos of him too.both videos are only a couple of sec long but it,s played back in slow motion so that you can see him better.in the 1st video he is walking towards me while talking on his cell phone & in the 2nd video he is on the other side of the room in the 2nd video.

now if you could identify him for me let me know.

also another thing.with the way that they tried to attack me last week i am very suspicious that saadia, noson & this guy that i am trying to get identified i am very suspicious that they are all part of a gang member crowd & that they had this planned out for quiet some time & even though i took this video without their permission i am very suspicious that they were planning to attack me even

the reason i am suspicious of that is because of how saadia was following me around all over the place plus this guy that i am trying to get identified asking me to leave even before i took my camera out.until the incident last week i thought that noson was the only bad one.i thought that noson was a guy that just likes to pick on & use his hands on somebody like me that can not fight back.that,s all i thought it was.but after the incident last week i see now that noson as well saadya as well as this guy that i am trying to get identified are all part of the gang member crowd that like to pick on innocent people like me that are unable to defend themselves.i always see noson & saadya together & seeing how they are allways together that,s how i know that they are all part of the same gang group that work together to do me as much harm as possible without getting into trouble.until the incident last week i thought that noson & saadya are just a group of people that don,t like me & noson being the guy that likes to use his hands on me.that,s what i thought it was but after the incident last week i realized now that they are all part of the same gang group that work together to attack innocent people like me that are unable to defend themselves.

also another thing that i noticed also is that when noson gave me the punch 2 months ago that was during hurricane sandy & the incident incident last week at silmans lchaim it was raining outside when that incident happened which tells me that they like to target people when the weather is bad.that,s right with the rain last week & the punch when we had hurricane sandy this means that they like to target people when the weather is bad.

now this is what i am going to do about it.these 3 gang members mainly

 anytime that i go to a simcha if i have the slightest suspicion that they are going to be there then i am not going to go to that simcha.any simcha that i go to no matter how close i am with the family if i have the slightest suspicion that they are going to be there then i am not going to go no matter how close i am with the family.next week i have a chasuna at oholei torah & i am good friends with both the choson & kallahs family but because of the incident last week i am not going to that chasunah.i am very good friends with both shimon sherr & zev cadaner & the choson avrohom meir sherr i was at his sholom zochor 24 years ago.but unfortunately i will not be able to be there because i know that these 3 gang members are going to be there.what i am going to do is after the chasuna is over i am going to call up both the sherrs & the cadaners give them mazel tov & explain to them why i was not able to come.that,s what i am going to do after the chasunah next week.&i am going to do the same thing with the silmans.when i was at the lchaim the choson yisroel silman told me that he doesn,t know yet where the chasunah is going to be.but if the chasunah is in crown heights then unfortunately i will not be able to be there because these 3 gang members are going to be there.& i am going to do the same thing that i will do after the chasunah next week.i will just call up the silmans, give them mazel tov & explain to them why i was not able to be there.

i am telling you even though i took this video of them without their permission i am very suspicious of them that they were planning to attack me before i even took my camera out.i saw how they were following me around & asking me to leave before i even took my camera out & that,s the reason why i am very suspicious of that.i don,t think that going to the police will help because even though they tried to attack me they did not do anything to me & they can have a taaneh against me for taking videos of them without their permission so i don,t think it,s going to help that much if i go to the police in a situation like this.

the guy that was with saadya hershkop who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah at silmans lchaim

friday dec 28th 2012   12.00pm this past wednesday night i had a very serious situation at one of the lchaims that i was at this past wednesday night.i was at reim ahuvim carrol & schenectady for the lchaim of my good friend yisroel silman.it was raining & usually in the rain i try not to go out in the rain but because of how close i am to the silmans i knew i had to be there for the lchaim of my good friend yisroel silman.

now as soon as i came in i saw saadya hershkop there.now saadya hershkop i see him all the time in 770 & at simchas in crown heights & most of the time he usually does not bother me most of the time.so when i came in & saw him there i said to myself ok no problem most of the time when i see him he usually does not bother me & hopefully he won,t bother me now either.

but this time it was a little different.as soon as i came in i noticed that he was following me around all over the place & no matter where i went he was just following me around all over the place no matter where i went.this was at the lchaim of my good friend yisroel silman.so when i saw how he was following me around like that i said to myself ok i have to leave.originally my original plans was to be there for over an hour or so but then when i saw how he was following me around all over the place i said to myself ok i am going to give everybody in the family mazel tov & leave.so i went over to the choson yisroel silman gave him mazel tov & i was starting to head out the door get my coat & leave.

now as soon as i gave my good friend yisroel silman mazel tov there is this guy i don,t know his name he comes over to me & asks me to leave.he comes over to me tells me that he wants me to get out of here right now.so i got a little scared that maybe he is going to do something to me when i leave.i was heading out the door when he said that to me.so because of that i decided to take out my camera & take a couple of pictures of him.now generally i know the law that if you take a picture of somebody without his permission that is not the right thing to do & can even get into trouble for that.but because he asked me to leave i got a little scared & i decided to take a couple pictures of him because of that.

now as i was leaving this guy i don,t know his name tells me that he is a brother of the kallah & he wants me to leave.at first i really thought that he was a brother of the kallah.at first i beleived him & really thought that he is a brother of the kallah.later on i realized he isn,t but when he first came over to me & told me that he is a brother of the kallah i really thought he was & thinking that he really was the kallahs brother i told him that i am a friend of the silmans.so he tells me fine i was here but now he wants me to leave.& i really thought that he was a brother of the kallah.

now as soon as i left both saadya & this guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kasllah they both followed me outside.once we were all outside they both stopped me didn,t let me go anywhere & while holding me captive said to me like this.YOU HAVE A CHOICE YOU CAN EITHER DO IT PEACEFULLY OR WE WILL MAKE YOU DO IT.GIVE ME THAT SD CARD.so seeing how i was being held captive like that i got very scared & started screaming.now as soon as i started screaming they both got a little scared themselves & they let me go.right after they let me go i ran back inside the shul.



once i got back inside the shul(i was really frightened)i was going to call a car service to take me home.the reason why i was going to call a car service is because i was afraid that if i walk home that they might attack me & do something to me on my way home.but then i found somebody who was nice enough to drive me home so i didn,t have to call a car service.

now after i ran back inside the shul this guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah he comes over to me & says to me like this.CALM DOWN RELAX I AM NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO YOU.now the reason why he said that to me is because he was trying to cover up what he & saadya tried to do to me outside.he saw how terrified i was & he knew that if everybody finds out why i am so terrified like that then both him & saadya are going to be in alot of trouble.& that,s the reason why he said that to me.i am telling you if i would not have screamed like that who knows what they would have done to me.they both detained me & held me captive outside & if i would not have screamed like that who knows what they would have done to me.

now saadya hershkop & the other guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah here are 4 pictures of them.

in the first picture saadya hershkop is the guy with the white shirt & black hat on the left side of his friend.

the 2nd picture is the guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah.in this 2nd picture he is pretty much in the center or a little bit to the right side of the picture & talking on his cell phone.

the 3rd picture is also the same guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah.

the 4th picture is of both saadya hershkop & this same guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah.in this 4th picture they are both on the lower right side of the picture turning their faces away from the camera.in this picture the guy who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah he is a little bit further away from the camera than saadia is almost in the center of the picture looking away towards the right side of the camera while saadia is a little closer to me looking down & towards the left side of the camera.

as soon as i find out his name i am going to put it here as soon as i find out who he is.another thing.

now this whole entire incident i was thinking about going to the police on this.the only reason why i decided not to is because if i go to the police then this guy who falsely claimed to be the kallahs brother he can have a taaneh to me for taking  pictures of him without his permission.& if i go to the police then he is going to have a taaneh against me for taking a picture of him without his permission.& that,s the only reason why i decided not to go to the police on this.

saadya hershkop i see him all the time either in 770 or at a simcha in crown heights & most of the time he usually does not bother me most of the time.he has a sister that got married a couple of months ago to yossi stern from england.now when i went to his sisters lchaim as soon as i came in he right away comes over to me & asks me to leave.i asked him for his name.he gave me another name not his real name.so because he gave me another name not his real name i asked him how he is related here.he refused to tell me that it,s his sisters lchaim & he just said that he is related.in the end i did leave but if he would have told me right away that it,s his sisters lchaim i would have left sooner.ok i understand he did not want me there & for some reason i don,t know why he did not want to give me his real name.he gave me another name.not his real name.
& when i left the lchaim of saadya,s sister he did not follow me outside & do something to me there.i see him all the time in 770 & at simchas in crown heights & most of the time he does not bother me there.but now with the way that he & his friend who falsely claimed to be a brother of the kallah tried to attack me outside of the shul where silman was having the lchaim i see now that he is just as dangerous as his friend noson ezagui.

i am not asking anybody to be my friend.anybody who feels that i am not the right person to be friends with & decides not to have anything to do with me that,s fine & i have nothing against you for that.all i am asking is that you do not harrass me & as long as you do not harrass me i have nothing against you for that as long as you do not harrass me.

sunday dec 9th 2012 1.14am first day chanukah all the people that are angry at me because of this website i have a couple of questions to ask them.these questions are only for the people that are angry at me because of this website.

1)9 months ago as i was aproaching my house 9 months ago i saw a car parking on front of my house 7 as i was aproaching my house noson jumps out of the car comes over to me gives me 20 smacks across the face 10 smacks on each side then jumps back in the car & the car takes off & because i did not suspect this to happen i did not take down the license plate of the car because i wasn,t suspecting something like that my question is that what should i have done?

2)a month ago when i was at the lchaim of sherr to cadaner & noson was following me around all over the place at cadaners lchaim a friend of mine told him to stay away from me but he did not listen & continued following me around all over the place even after a friend of mine asked him to stay away from me my question is that what should i have done?

3)the next night after cadaners lchaim when i was at the razag hall for the chasuna of yossi cohen,s son to avrohom sandhaus,s daughter(yossi cohen the musician son in law of zalman gelerenter & avrohom sandhaus from the engraving)& as i was sitting at the table noson comes to me gives me a punch in the back just like that for no reason & because of that my back hurt me for 24 hours after that my question is that what should i have done?

4)then after giving me the punch i pick myself up & leave the chasuna hall & noson is folowing me outside as i am leaving my question is that what should i have done?

now for all the people that are angry at me because of this website if they could just get back to me with an answer to each of these 4 questions that i just brought up now.next thing.

i am trying to find somebody who is willing to take his time out to make sure that both me & noson get along in the future.this means that both me & noson agree to listen to & do whatever this person says & if noson has any complaints against me then he agrees to go to this person if he has any complaints me & if i have any complaints against noson then i agree to go to this person.the only thing is that this person has to be reasonable.any person who is reasonable that is willing to take his time out to make sure that both me & noson get along & any complaints that noson has against me he agrees to go to this person & any complaints that i have against noson i will go to him too & both me & noson agree to listen to this person & do whatever this person says.

for example here are a set of rules that i will agree to it & if noson is willing to obey these rules then i don,t mind if we are together at a simcha & i will be more than happy to remove him from this site as long as he is willing to obey these rules that i am going to bring up now.& by the way these rules that i am going to bring up now i am going to obey these rules also.everything that i am going to mention now i am going to do this also but noson has to agree to obey these rules too just like me.here they are.

1)if both of us are at a simcha at the same time then noson has to agree not to go anywhere near the table that i am sitting at.meaning that if noson comes in & we see each other there then wherever i am sitting then he has to agree to stay at the other side of the room from where i am staying.

2)even when noson is on the other side of the room he is not to make any faces or say anything to me even when he is on the other side of the room from where i am.like if he makes any kind of face or any kind of message to me he is not to do that even if he is on the other side of the room from where i am.

3)if noson wants to go from one side of the room to the other side of the room then he can but as he is passing me he is to keep on moving.like as he is passing me he is not to stop moving as he is passing me & he is to keep on moving until he is on the other side of the room from where i am plus even when he is passing me he is not to come within 2 feet of me even when he is passing me.meaning that he is to keep on moving as he is passing me & he is not to come within 2 feet of me even if he is passing me.

4)if noson wants to speak to somebody that is sitting at the same table as me for example.let,s say one of the people sitting at my table his name is dovid & noson & dovid are good friends & noson wants to come to the same table that i am sitting at to speak to his friend dovid that is sitting at the same table as me then he can but it has to be very brief.meaning that he can come to the same table that i am sitting at to speak to his friend dovid but it has to be very brief.he is just to come to my table say whatever he wants to say to dovid & then he is to go back to the other side of the room from where i am at.& even during the brief conversation with his friend dovid he is not to come within 2 feet from me even during the brief conversation with dovid & he is not say anything to dovid about me(he is not to say my name or say anything regarding me during his brief conversation with david)& he is not to sit down at the table either.meaning that he is just to come to my table say whatever he wants to say to dovid & then go back to the other side of the room from where i am at & he is not to come within 2 feet of me or say anything about me to dovid or sit down at the table even during his brief conversation with dovid.now of course the name dovid is just an example.i mean if one of the guys sitting at the table is noson,s friend whatever the guys name is that,s what i mean.i am just using the name dovid as an example.it doesn,t make a difference what the guys name is.i am just refering to if one of the guys sitting at the same table as me is noson,s friend.

5)at a chasuna or bar mitzvah during the dancing noson can dance in the same circle as me but only if me & noson do not see each other during the dancing.what i mean is like this.if it,s dancing where each one is holding the other one,s hand then noson can not dance in that circle if i got there first.but if it,s dancing where each one has his hands on the shoulder s of the one on front of him then yes noson can dance in that circle even if i am there too but he is to be on the other side of the circle from where i am at.meaning that the only time that noson can dance in the same circle as me is if we do not see each other during the dancing which is only where each one has hands his hands on the shoulders of the one on front of him & noson is on the other side of the circle from where i am at

6)whenever i leave the simcha noson is not to follow me outside when i leave.

now of course these 6 rules apply no matter where we see each other.like if we see each other in a store on kingston or in 770 or any other place these 6 rules apply no matter where we see each other.also i am going to obey these 6 rules too.these 6 rules i am going to keep these 6 rules also.but noson has to keep these rules too.i am going to obey & go by these rules too but noson has to obey them too.

now if noson is willing to obey these 6 rules that i just mentioned now then i don,t mind being at a simcha together with him & i will be more than happy to remove him from this site as long as he is willing to go by these rules that i just mentioned now.the only way for noson to be removed from this site is if he is willing to obey these 6 rules that i just mentioned now.i am going to keep those 6 rules too.yes i am going to go by the same 6 rules that i just mentioned now & if noson is willing to obey the 6 rules that i just mentioned now then i don,t mind being at a simcha together with him & i will be more than happy to remove him from this site if he is willing to obey the 6 rules that i just mentioned here.
if he breaks even one rule that i mentioned here then he is going to go back up on this site if he breaks even one of these 6 rules but as long as noson is willing to obey these 6 rules then i don,t mind being together with him at a simcha & i will be more that happy to remove him from this site as long as he is willing to obey the 6 rules that i just mentioned here.

motzoei shabbos parshas vayishlach dec 1st 2012  10.09pm noson ezagui the son of shlomo & sheina 1227 president apt 2c every time that we see each other at a simcha he is always folowing me around wherever i go.a couple of weeks ago at the lchaim of shimon sherrs son to zev cadaners daughter he was following me around all over the place.a friend of mine went over to him & told him to stay away from me.but he didn,t listen & he continued following me around even after my friend asked him to leave me alone.the next night i was at the razag hall for the chasuna of yossi cohen,s son to avrohom sandhaus,s daughter(yossi cohen the musician son in law of zalman gelernter & avrohom sandhaus from the engraving).at the chasuna i was sitting at the table & i didn,t even realize that he is right behind me when suddenly he comes over to me & gives me a punch in the back.after he gave me the punch i immediatly picked myself up & left the chasuna hall.as i was leaving he even followed me outside.i was leaving & there he is following me outside.

now when he gave me the punch my back was hurting me for 24 hours after that.when i went down to the precinct & made the report i told the officer that i want him locked up.the officer said that they can not lock him up because i don,t have any injuries.i told the officer that my back hurts me.the officer said that it has to be a visible injury.

also this is the 2nd time that he has used his hands on me.9 months ago as i was aproaching my house there was this car pulling up & parking by my house.i did not suspect anything.i figured it,s just a car parking.i did not suspect anything.as i am aproaching my house noson jumps out gives me 20 smacks from behind 10 smacks on each side jumps back in the car & the car takes off & because i did not suspect anything i did not take down the license plate # because i did not suspect anything.i mean i did not suspect anything.i see this car pulling up by my house i did not suspect anything.if i would have known that i was going to be attacked i would have taken down the license plate # but since i did not suspect anything that,s the reason why i did not take down the license plate #.

now when he attacked me 9 months ago i went down to the district atorney then to get an order of protection against him.the DA told me that since he was not arrested that i can not get an order of protection against him.
this was after the attack 9 months ago.so i feel that if i go down to the DA,s office now the DA is going to tell me the same thing that he told me 9 months ago that i can not get an order of protection unless he gets arrested for it.

now the punch that he gave me 3 weeks ago this is the 2nd time that he has used his hands on me & both the punch that he gave me 3 weeks ago as well as the attack 9 months ago both incidents are considered as an harrasment & because both incidents are considered nothing more than an harrasment they won,t lock him up for neither incident & because of that i can not get an order of protection against him & because of that i take the risk of noson following me, stalking me & using his hands on me whenever we see each other at a simcha.all this because the police are too lazy to protect me from noson.

now a couple of months ago before rosh hashanah i decided to remove everybody that used to be on this site.i said to myself that i have to learn to forgive & i took everybody off of this site.i said that i am mochel everybody for everything that they did to me & that i want to make sholom with everybody that has a bad relationship with me.i even agreed to go to a mediator & work something out to make sholom with all the people that have a bad relationship with me.i did this a couple of months ago before rosh hashanah.but now i said to myself that i am going to put noson back up on this site & not only am i going to put noson back up before i took everybody off of this site a couple of months ago all the articles that i used to have about noson all those articles are going back up too.all the others that used to be on this site i am mochel them for what they have done to me & noson is the only one that is going back up on this site.

sunday oct 28th 2012 2.42am all the people that have a bad relationship with me i am willing to go to a mediator & work something out to make sholom with all the people that have a bad relationship with me.i am willing to do this with all the people that have a bad relationship with me.now if you are willing to do this do not contact me directly.go over to the mediator tell the mediator that you want to work something out to make sholom with me the mediator contacts me & together with the mediator we will arrange a day, place & time to meet.once we are there i will tell the mediator my side of the story, you will tell the mediator your side of the story & together we will work something out to make sholom.i am willing to do this with all the people that have a bad relationship with me.

sunday aug 19th 2012   12.51am   i am really very depressed right now but even though i am very depressed   i decided to do it anyways even though i am very depressed.what i have decided to do now it is really very dificult for me to do this but i decided to do it anyways even though it,s very dificult for me to do this.

even though i am very depressed i have to learn to forgive all those that have hurt me & because i have to learn to forgive i have decided to do 2 things.the 2 things that i have decided to do these 2 things are both very dificult for me to do but because i have to learn to forgive i decided to do these 2 things anyways even though i am very depressed.the 2 things that i decided to do are

1)all those that have hurt me until now i am mochel them for what they have done to me & because of that i decided to remove everybody that has been on this site until now.plus

2)all those that i have hurt i would like to ask them all for mechilah for what i have done to them & if there is anything that i can do to make sholom with them let me know.

now really i am very depressed right now but because we are in the month of elul & i have to learn to forgive i decided to do it anyways even though i am very depressed

parshas kedoshim

wednesday may 23rd 2012 3.52am now generally it speaks about a different aveiroh but even though it speaks about a different aveiroh i would like to bring up something that we just learned 3 weeks ago in parshas kedoshim.(i don,t have the software to type words in hebrew).3 weeks ago in parshas kedoshim at the beginning of the parsha it says at the beginning of the parsha before sheni(or before chamishi because it was 2 parshas together)at the very beginning of posuk yud alef it says like this lo tignovu which means that you shall not steal.then later on in the posuk it says that you should not say lies either(posuk yud alef at the beginning of kedoshim)

then a little later at posuk yud gimmel it says in posuk yud gimel lo sigzol which means that you shall not rob.

now lo signov which means that you shall not steal & lo sigzol which means that you shall not rob what,s the difference between the 2?very simple.lo signov means if you steal & you don,t want anybody to catch you stealing.shile lo sigzol means if you steal & you don,t care if you get caught.you are not afraid of the police & you will steal even on front of the police.that is lo sigzol.

now the halachah is that if you steal privately where you don,t want anybody to catch you then you have to pay back double.but if you steal openly on front of the police then all you have to do is return what you stole.

now why is the halachah like that?very simple.because when you steal publicly on front of the police you have the same attitude towards the aibishteh as you have towards the police.but when you steal privately so that the police won,t catch you you are showing that you are afraid of the police seeing you but you are not afraid of the aibishteh seeing you.& that,s the reason why you have to pay back double because you are more afraid of the police than you are of the aibishteh.

now the incident that i had this past night with noson ezagui is very similar to what we learned 3 weeks ago in parshas kedoshim & i will tell you how.

this past night tuesday night i was heading over to the razag hall for hermans chasunah.now as i was walking on crown st to the razag hall noson ezagui he was driving a small vehicle either a small volkswagen or a scooter(very small vehicle).

now when i was walking on crown i was on the sidewalk but going in the oposite direction of traffic.so what does noson do.he stops his car right by me & yells out to me that if i continue complaining about him then he is going to attack me again if i continue complaining about him.now even though i was going in the oposite direction of traffic noson decided to back up just to keep up with me.when he stopped the car the first time it was on front of 547 crown & then he backed up all the way until the front of the building 555 crown.

now the police command post on front of the lubavitch yeshiva i made a report there by the command post.the officer told me that i have to get an order of protection against him which i am going to try to do again.i tried doing it when he attacked me 3 months ago but i was unable to but now i am going to try to do it again.

meanwhile the vehicle that noson was driving it was a small vehicle similar to a scooter i happened to get the license plate # down.the license plate # is FWD 2338 & i gave it to the officer when i made the report at the command post by the lubavitch yeshiva.

now what we learned 3 weeks ago in parshas kedoshim what does that have to do with this?very simple.a ganif that steals where he does not want the police to see him has to pay back double because the ganif is afraid of the police more than he is afraid of the aibishteh.same thing here with noson.noson is afraid of the police seeing him but he is not afraid of the aibishteh seeing him.when he backed up his vehicle on crown st why didn,t he back up his vehicle all the way until the command post at the lubavitch yeshiva?when he attacked me by my house 3 months ago why didn,t he do it on front of the command post by the museum?why?because he,s afraid of the police more than he is afraid of the aibishteh?

thursday may 17th 2012 　 1.18am the incident that i had with boruch &
noson last week several people told me that i should not have done
anything about it.i should have just ignored it, let them harrass me,
not take out my camera, not done anything about it.that is what
several people told me.the only thing is that i got a little scared
that they were going to attack me on my way home.that,s the reason why
i took out my camera.because i was a little scared that they were
going to attack me on my way home.

the police command post which is parked near the museum i felt very
safe walking home with that command post there.but now i see that i
can get attacked even a few feet away from the command post.& if i can
get attacked only a few feet away from the command post how much
easier is it for noson to attack me on my way home from jacobsons
chasuna which is a 20 minute walk.& if i would have just ignored them
then they probably would have attacked me on my way home if i would
have just ignored them.& that,s the reason why i took my camera out to
them.all they have to do is follow me home & as soon as they see
nobody around to just go ahead & attack me as soon as they see nobody
around.& that,s the reason why i had to take my camera out to them.my
apartment which is only a few feet away from the command post if
nosson can attack me there then how much easier is it for him to
attack me on my way home.& if i don,t have any witnesses to the attack
then he can easily say that it,s not true & he didn,t touch me & that
i am a liar.so generally the rule is like this.if somebody attacks you
the only time that you can report it to the police is if you have
witnesses to the attack.but if you don,t have witnesses to the attack
then not only won,t he get arrested everybody will think that i am
making it up if i don,t have witnesses to the attack.

but let me tell you something noson.i do not have any witnesses to
what you did to me 3 months ago but the aibishteh saw it & you are
going to have to give a big din vcheshbon to what you did 3 months
ago.the aibishteh knows that you did it & after 120 years you are
going to have to pay very heavily for what you did to me 3 months ago.

sunday may 13th 2012 7.46pm the video editing software on my computer i am having problems editing the videos but i did manage to pause the video at certain place then take a freeze frame picture at certain parts of the video take & save it as a jpeg file on my computer.once i get software a little better than what i have now i will be able to show you the videos of noson & boruch harrasing me at jacobson,s chasuna lag baomer thursday night at the razag hall.

now the incident thursday night i have a total of 3 different videos from the incident thursday night at jacobsons chasuna.from the 3 videos

the 1st video is 1 min 36 sec long(that,s the video of them harrasing me at the chasuna).

the 2nd video is only 18 sec long(that,s the video of me filming noson when boruch came over to me from behind & physically shut my camera off)

the 3rd video is 46 sec long(that,s the video right after boruch reached from behind & physically shut my camera off)

now i am having problems downloading the 3 videos onto this site but i was able to pause the video at several places & take a screen shot picture of that video & show a total of 12 pictures taken at different parts of all 3 videos.once i get the right software i will download the video to this site but in the meantime here is a total of 12 pictures of different parts from all 3 videos.

from the 12 pictures the first 4 pictures are from the 1st video(which is 1 min 36 sec long)the next 3 pictures are from the 2nd video which is only 18 sec long because boruch reached over my shoulder & physically shut the camera off & the final 5 pictures are from the 3rd video which is 46 sec long.

now from the first 2 pictures as you can see several people are looking at both boruch & noson like they don,t understand what,s wrong with them.

the 3rd picture is of noson looking back to see if i am still filming him & the 4th picture is of both boruch & noson leaving the hall because they see that i am still videotaping them.

the next 3 pictures is noson speaking to the kallahs brother in law mendy wilhelm & mendy wilhelm is looking at me like he doesn,t understand why i am filming noson.the reason why mendy wilhelm was looking at me that way is because he didn,t see how both boruch & noson were harrasing me before that.

then the next picture is another picture of noson

the next 2 pictures is of boruch coming after me to break my camera & the final 2 pictures the video from the final 2 pictures is me shouting & screaming for help & several people at the chasuna asking me to leave because they thought i was crazy for shouting like that.

now i know exactly how i looked shouting & screaming like that.but if you look at the first 4 pictures you can see how they were harrasing me in the first 4 pictures.as soon as i get the right software i will show you all 3 videos of how they were harrasing me at the chasuna as soon as i get the right software for it.

friday may 11th 2012 10.00am now i am going to speak to my therapist about it but i will tell you what happened.i am a very close friend of both boruch jacobson & mendel schneersohn & being a very good friend of both michutanim i had to be at the chasuna of their children.now when i came in to the chasuna at 9.30pm 20 year old boruch ezagui the son of moshe(781 eastern parkway)he was not there at 9.30pm but his cousin noson ezagui the son of shlomo & sheina was there allready when i came in at 9.30pm.now when i came in at 9.30pm boruch was not there but his cousin noson was there.now noson who was there but not boruch did not give me any problems at all.he did not bother me he did not do anything to me at all.that was until boruch came in a little before 11pm.

now considering that boruch was not there when i came in at 9.30pm i am very suspicious that noson called up boruch to come down there so that the 2 of them can harrass me together.noson felt that he can not harrass me by himself so he called up boruch so that the 2 of them can harrass me together.now as soon boruch came in a little before 11pm they 2 of them started making faces at me at the chasuna.they were following me wherever i am going making faces at me at the chasuna.so when they started following me wherever i am going making faces at me i took my camera out & videotaped them.now when i first started videotaping them.they continued making faces at me but they turned away from the camera.then while making faces & turning away from the camera they left the hall still making faces at me but turning away from the camera.so when they left the hall i turned off my camera & put it away.

they come back in a minute later they saw that i did not have my camera out anymore & they continued making faces at me because they saw that i put away my camera.so when i saw them making faces at me again i took out my camera & started to videotape them again.suddenly boruch over to me from behind he happened to notice that i was trying to videotape his cousin noson.he reached over & physically shut my camera off while reaching over my shoulder.i then turned my camera back on again & continued to videotape them.boruch came over to me & was going to do something to me again.maybe either turn my camera off or take it away or maybe break it or something like that.so when boruch came over to me again i got a little violent & i started shouting & yelling for help.several people who saw me shouting & yelling came over to me & asked me to leave.that is when i turned my camera off & put it away.they did not fight with me or force me out but they said that they want me to leave.when this incident happened boruch,s father moshe was there when this happened but he did not want to do anything about it.i told moshe that his son boruch is harrasing me but he didn,t want to do anything about it.

now all the people who were at the chasuna they did not see how both boruch & noson were making faces at me & because they did not see how they were making faces at me they thought that i am the crazy one for taking videos of boruch & noson like that.that is because they did not see how both boruch & noson were making faces at me like that.

now when i was asked to leave i was a little scared that both boruch & noson might follow me & attack me before i get home.so i said to myself.no no no i am not walking home & i was going to call a cab to take me home.but just as i was about to call the cab i found somebody who agreed to drive me home.i am telling you if i would have walked home there is a 100% chance that they would have attacked me on my way home & no no no i am not taking such a chance.

now this whole entire incident that i had with the ezagui,s i am going to speak to my therapist about it when i see him next week & we will go from there.

now as soon as i get a chance i will do it as soon as i get a chance.probably after shabbos.to download videos onto this website the file can not be bigger than 25mb,s which is only around 15 or 20 seconds long at the most.so because of that i have no choice but to just edit the video to under 25mb,s storage & only download videos less than 25 mb,s & once i get a chance to do that i will show you the video of how they were turning away from my camera but still making faces at me while turning away from my camera.i don,t like to edit videos but i have to because it has to be under 25mb,s in size.then once i do that you will see how they were making faces at me & turning away from my camera while making faces at me.you will see it as soon as i get a chance to edit the videos.

sure everybody at the chasuna looked at me like i am the bad one because they didn,t see what boruch & noson were doing to me before i took my camera out.

now once i get a chance to edit the videos to under 25mb,s you will all see how they were harrasing me at the chasuna.when i see my therapist next week i am going to speak to him & show the video to my therapist when i see him next week.

this is a perfect example of abuse.both boruch & noson know that

a)i am disabled plus

b)my father abused me plus

c)i can not defend myself against people that harrass me plus

d)i have nobody to protect me from people like them

i am going to speak to my therapist & show the video to him when i see him next week.

thursday feb 23rd 5.47pm right now i am still very frightened & traumatized by how noson attacked me last week & i am trying to do my best to get him locked up or at the very minimum an order of protection against him.anyways i will tell you what happened.

now i am not sure if i handled the situation the right way but i will tell you what happened.this past tuesday i was at the district attorney,s office 350 jay st(boro hall subway station).over there at 350 jay st they sent me to somebody on the 16th floor by the name of anthony borosy who is a district attorney.now when i was at the DA,s office i told him all about how noson attacked me last week & i want to get a restraining order against him.he tells me that in order for me to get a restraining order the guy has to be arrested & because noson was not arrested that i can not get a restraining order against noson because he wasn,t arrested for it.he then tells me that if noson attacks me again then i should just dial 911 & if he gets arrested then they can help me out with a restraining order.i then told him that i want him to call the precinct & order the police to make an arrest.he says to me that he can not order the police to make an arrest.that he can not do.i then told him all about how some people told me that if the district attorney asks the police to make an arrest then they have to listen & make the arrest.he tells me that that,s not true & that the district attorney can not force the police to make an arrest & the only way that the district attorney can help me get a restraining order is if the police make an arrest.this is what the district attorney anthony borosy told me when i saw him at his office yesterday on the 16th floor of 350 jay st.so i don,t know what to do know.if there is anything that you can do to help me out with this situation let me know.

sunday feb 19th 1.41.am this is a perfect example of abuse.last week late tuesday night early wednesday morning as i was aproaching my house 283 kingston i saw a car parking in an empty parking space right on front of my house at 283 kingston so i didn,t suspect anything i just said to myself no big deal.a car parking as i am aproaching my house 283 kingston.no big deal.but as i am aproaching my house noson ezagui who is about 23 or 24 years old(the son of shlomo & sheina from 1227 president)he suddenly jumps out of the car beats me up then jumps back into the car the car takes off.i mean it was done really quick.noson just came over to me gave me 20 smacks really hard(10 smacks on each side)jumped back in the car & the car took off as soon as noson jumped back in.now when he hit me he hit me from behind so it was not that bad.my ears hurt me for like 5 or 6 hours after that but now it,s ok.now as soon as i got inside my house i went to the phone & immediatly dialed 911.the officers that took down the report told me that they are going to assign me a detective for this case.the detective that is handling the case right now his name is detective reiner fehrenbach & he is from the brooklyn child abuse squad 45 nevins st in down downtown brooklyn.

now originally the detective that i saw originally his name is detective michael windsor from the 77th squad 127 utica ave but because of what i used to do over 9 years ago the detective that is handling the case now is detective reiner fehrenbach from the brooklyn child abuse squad 45 nevins st in downtown brooklyn because of what i used to do over 9 years ago.

now this detective reiner fehrenbach he was at my house on shabbos he asked me to give him the names of the ones that i molested as kids.i gave him all the names that i could remember & sometime this week i am going to have to see him at his office at 45 nevins st in downtown brooklyn.ok no problem.when i am there i am going to explain everything.i am going to explain how when i did it over 9 years ago i was very depressed & i didn,t realize how serious it was back then & i just hope that everything will be ok.

now this same detective that was at my house on shabbos he spoke to noson too & he told noson to stay away from me so if noson ever comes near me again then all i have to do is dial 911 & off he goes in handcuffs.the only thing is that noson might hire somebody else to attack me.noson might say to himself like this.ok the police told me to stay away from menachem.no problem.i will just hire somebody else to attack menachem.& i am a little scared that that,s what noson is planning to do.

the reason why noson was not arrested now is because there were no marks on my body.he came over to me from behind & gave me 20 smacks really hard from behind.if he would have smacked me from the front then it would have been much more serious but since it was from behind it wasn,t that bad.my hat & yarmulkeh flew off & my ears hurt me for like 5 or 6 hours after that.the officers that took down the report i showed them how red my ears are(they hurt me for like 5 or 6 hours after that)but the officers said that they don,t see any marks there & they said it,s just a harrasment.that,s what the officers said it is.ok my ears hurting me for 5 or 6 hours afterwards is not considered assault(my ears were red when they took down the report)plus my hat & yarmulkeh flew off also plus the fact that they were folowing me in their car to attack me as i approach my house & if this is considered nothing more than harrasment because the officers that took down the report according to them there were no marks on my body.ok i guess red ears is not considered a mark on my body.

let me tell you something.in the 45 years that i am alive in this world i thought that if i ever get attacked in the street(weather on front of my house or not)it will probably be done by some anti semite.it never occured to me that a frum shomer shabbos yid would do something like that to me.especially from somebody whom at one time i was very close with his family at one time.

when they harrased me sunday night at jacobson/schneerson,s lchaim & they threatened to beat me up if i put that on this site i said to myself like this.they are not going to touch me.they are just saying they will but i don,t think that they are going to.that,s what i thought to myself when they harrased me sunday night at jacobson,s lchaim.if i would have known that noson was really going to do this to me i would have contacted the police sunday night.i would have gone over to the command post that,s parked near the museum & told the officers there that noson is threatening to attack me.i really didn,t think that he was going to do that to me.

also another thing.yanky prager has also threatened to beat me up several times.& until noson attacked me tuesday night i never suspected yanky prager of attacking me but just like i never suspected noson of attacking me & as you can see he did i am now a little scared that yanky prager might do that to me next.& because i am a little scared that noson might hire somebody else to attack me(& i am really fearful that that,s what he is planning to do)when i am going to see detective reiner fehrenbach this week at his office in downtown brooklyn i am going to bring it up there that i want a restraining order against anybody who is in shmira & anybody that has any connections to shmira.because i am a little scared that noson might hire somebody else to attack me now & i am going to bring this up when i see detective reiner fehrenbach this week at his office in downtown brooklyn.

generally because i am used to it this incident did not bother me at all.beleive me after the incident 2 weeks ago with how yanky prager was cursing me out & calling me a molester in 770 this incident does not bother me at all compared to what i had with yanky prager 2 weeks ago in 770.anyways here,s the story.

sunday night at the lchaim of boruch jacobson,s son to mendel schneerson,s daughter shlomo & sheina ezagui from 1227 president their 2 son,s one is noson who is about 23 & the younger son menachem mendel who is just about turning 20 now they both came over to me at the lchaim & started cursing me out with nivul peh at the lchaim.they had another guy with them too.the other guy that was with them i don,t know his name but once i found out his name i will put his name here also once i get his name.anyways the 2 ezagui brother,s together with another guy whom i don,t know his name they all came over to me & started cursing me out with nivul peh at the lchaim.they were saying things to me like if i touch even one kid here then they will beat the(expletive)out of me.they then told me that if i put that incident here then they will break my(expletive)bones if i put it here.& the only reason why i am putting this here is to show them that i am not afraid of them.because if i wouldn,t have put it here they would have thought that i am not putting it here because of their threats to beat me up if i do & that,s the only reason why i am putting this here.just to show them that i am not afraid of them.they also asked me to leave right now.they said to me like this.the door is there.come on go & use the door & they said that to me pointing towards the door.now this incident happened sunday night at jacobson,s lchaim this incident happened around 11.30pm sunday night at jacobson to schneerson lchaim.now because it was 11.30pm i was planning to leave 5 minutes after that but just to show them that i am not afraid of them i decided to stay another 20 minutes just to show them that i am not afraid of them.i was planning to leave 5 minutes after that but i decided to stay another 20 minutes just to show them that i am not afraid of them.

& this comes from a family who at one time was my top of the line best friend.about 3 years ago i used to be very close with the ezagui,s until i finally closed off the relationship with them 3 years ago at the end of jan 2009.now when i closed off my relationship with the ezagui,s 3 years ago i sent an e-mail out to several of my friends telling them exactly what happened when i closed off my relationship with them 3 years ago.

now when i closed off my relationship with them 3 years ago i had a different e-mail address back then & my old e-mail address from att i can not access any of my e-mails from when i was with att but after looking around a bit i happened to come across a printed copy of the e-mail that i sent to several of my friends when i closed off my relationship with the ezagui,s 3 years ago.so since i still have the printed copy from my e-mail 3 years ago i scaneed it onto my computer & here is all 6 pages of the e-mail from when i closed off my relationship with the ezagui,s 3 years ago.

now when i closed off my relationship with the ezagui,s 3 years ago i was in a little dillemma over weather to give their real name out so i decided to give the ezagui,s the name feldman back then & this ezagui whom i gave him the name dovid feldman in the e-mail 3 years ago is a 1st cousin to noson & mendy ezagui that harrased me sunday night at the lchaim of jacobson to schneerson..

now because it was scanned onto my computer(because i don,t have access to my old e-mail address from 3 years ago)the quality is not that good but if you look really good then all 6 pages are still readable.anyways noson & mendy ezagui thank you for making me aware of how smart it was of me to close off my relationship with your family 3 years ago.i wish every troublemaker would warn me the same way that you did it at the lchaim of jacobson to schneersohn.you should have done that to me when i became close with your family almost 16 years ago.that way i would have known to stay away from your family when i first went to you for help almost 16 years ago.why did you have to wait until now to let me know how bad you are?why didn,t you do that when i became close with your family almost 16 years ago/anyways here,s a printed copy(that was scanned onto my computer)of all 6 pages of the e-mail from 3 years ago.
